Drawings after a movie from 1943 and an animation about Lucebert’s war years

In 2010, Pedro Bakker executed his series, L’Éternel Retour. Ma Mère et Georges B. (1943), inspired by the 1943 film L’Éternel Retour written by Jean Cocteau. Bakker will initially discuss these drawings and he will then introduce his animation project Hey, Little Blue about the artist Lucebert’s war years. Filmmaker and producer Digna Sinke, will assist him from a position of ‘curious ignorance’ to help progress the artist talk into a conversation.
