In a packed Splendor Amsterdam, I screened the test recordings for the hybrid feature *IJdel Licht*. Lucebert experts Jessurun D'Oliveira and Jan Oegema attended the long evening featuring jazz, poetry readings, drawings, visuals, and theatre. The synergy of the audience and the sometimes electrifying performances—with the recitation of Lucebert's poem *Hu We Wie* by Dragan Bakema in interaction with pianist Michiel Braam as the highlight—made "Lucebert, Paris 1950" a unique event.
